  The room was always sandy including the bathroom and bedsheets. They only changed the sheets once even though I requested multiple times for them to be changed. Our poop was faulty and the Rv stations did not work. This place had an abundance of snakes which in no surprise but this mean that you cannot go outside to have a coffee or even a swim. The spider webs are never cleared so 6 cm long spiders have very large webs outside the door there was also a beetle infestation inside and out. Overall this was not a nice place to stay and only the location is good.

  Missed our one day of room cleaning in the week we were there as the cleaners showed up at 3pm and since we had come from interstate, we were all having a arvo sleep. No knocking on the door or announcing themselves, they just walked right in to my other half walking around in his underwear... we ordered them out. Which ment no clean sheets or towels for a full week, and we didn't want to pay the $17 per towel to have them changed.

  We stayed in one of the guest room, cozy, spacous and very clean. The infinity pool is the gem of this place , we mostly had it for ourselves which was nice. The staff were very friendly.

  Appalling treatment when our party of 4 paid well over $2500 for the week to stay in what we thought was a upmarket hotel.

  We spent 4 days 3 nights at the Pearle and we have a very enjoyable stay. Our flight landed early (10am), we didn't think we could get in the room that early but we're happy to leave our bag and start exploring. Paully was very welcoming and accomodating. The room was ready and he gave us the key straight away, recommended us a few trips and off we go , a very positive start to our little getaway. On out last day our flight didn't leave before 1pm, Paully let us check out late and use the facilities if needed.

  Dirty, waited 3 hours for the cleaners to clean our room on arrival, only to find when we did get in the floors and couches were covered in sand, one bed had stains on the pillows and the second bedroom ensuites was a mess.

  The room was such a surprise... so big! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very impressed with our stay.
